This Privacy Policy explains how TechSummit Trainers (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website, book a demo, create an account or enrol in a programme.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and the course you are interested in, when you fill in a demo or callback form or contact us.
- Account and order details: billing name, email, phone number, address and order history when you register or buy a programme or lecture.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference.
- Technical information: basic data such as device, browser, pages visited and IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to demo and callback requests by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To process orders, create your learning account and give you access to your programme.
- To send order confirmations, batch and class updates and important service messages.
- To improve our website, courses and support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We send promotional messages only where you have asked to hear from us, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment gateway (Razorpay), website hosting, email and messaging tools, and learning platform, and only as needed for those services.
