This policy explains how and when you receive access to the programmes and recorded lectures you buy from TechSummit Trainers. We sell training services and online learning content; no physical goods are shipped.
1. Enrolment confirmation
After a successful payment you receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. Our team also contacts you by call or WhatsApp to confirm your batch.
2. Access to your account
Your learning account is created at checkout. Once your order is complete you can sign in to your dashboard to see your enrolled programmes and recorded lessons.
3. Live and classroom programmes
Classroom and live online sessions begin on the batch start date confirmed by our team. [Confirm usual timeline between payment and batch start] Live session links are shared by email or WhatsApp.
4. Recorded lectures
Access to recorded lectures starts as soon as your order is complete. [Confirm access period, e.g. 12 months / lifetime]
5. Delivery issues
If you have paid but cannot access your programme within [24 hours], contact us and we will fix it as a priority.
